As a courtesy to you, your appointment will be confirmed 2 days prior to service date.
APPOINTMENT TIME
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure sufficient time to check in and change. If you are not able to make your appointment on time we will try to accommodate you, however, we may not be able to give you the full time allotted or will have to reschedule.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time has been reserved especially for you. Should you have an illness or emergency and need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 8 hours before your treatment time. Late cancellations or “No-Shows” will result in a 50% charge of the service fee. LOCATION & PARKING
We are located on the south side of Ventura in the heart of Studio City between Laurel Grove and Vantage. We are located on the 2nd floor via stairs only.
Public parking available in the structure North of Ventura next to the Bank of America. There is metered parking on Ventura and 2-hour street parking south of Ventura.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift Cards make the perfect gift whatever the occasion. Gift certificates can be purchased for any service or dollar amount. Gift certificates can be purchased in-store, or purchased online via the link (click here) for immediate delivery. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for cash refund.
SANITIZATION AND STERILIZATION
Sanitization is our top priority. Professional medical grade CDC compliant disinfectants, sanitizers, sterilants, are used to clean all implements, equipment, and surfaces. Implements are never reused before they are thoroughly disinfected. Single use items are disposed of and all linens are thoroughly cleaned at 160 degrees after each use. If at any time an item cannot be thoroughly cleaned after use it is disposed of.

In response to the current COVID-19 pandemic, SKINOLOGY is working diligently to keep our clients and staff healthy and safe by adhering to the most recent guidelines recommended by the Los Angeles DOH and the CDC.

RETURNS
Unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase and can be exchanged or returned for store credit. There are no refunds. If you have an allergic reaction to any of our products you may return if you have documented proof within 15 days.
